Valentin Gillet

Valentin Gillet (1994) is a self-taught visual artist living and working in Paris.
Inspired by geology, biology and computer science, his research work mixes an aggregate of digital representation techniques such as 3D, photogrammetry, Lidar, to capture and reconstruct the real world. It is in this distorting mirror that our human values are questioned, our consciences interrogated, and the tensions of surface and substance of the world revealed.
